Welcome to our recruitment pages. If you've got this far and you're thinking about joining the Ping Pong team, you probably already know that a Ping Pong restaurant is a modern take on a very ancient Chinese tradition, the Tea House, a place where weary travellers and farm workers could relax, drink tea and share Dim Sum - baskets and dishes of little sweet and savoury snacks, usually steamed, baked or fried.

We may be a twenty first century tea house, but we've kept all the best bits of that ancient tradition, like meeting to relax and share appetising food and fragrant teas. We just thought that after the first thousand years or so it would be OK to add some storming cocktails to the menu.

People seem to like our slick, modern restaurants, cheerful and efficient staff, fabulous hand-made dim sum, superior China teas and temptingly luscious cocktails. Because we're growing fast, it's an exciting time to join us, and we're always looking for professional, fun-loving, hard-working people who can grow with us and be a part of our success.
