Bar
You will be part of a team serving our delicious handmade high quality food and drink to our customers while entertaining and inspiring them through providing them with the highest level of customer care. You need to have excellent communication skills, understand the importance of providing fantastic customer service and be enthusiastic about serving our menu in an efficient and prompt manner.
You'll provide a bar and table service to customers that is of a consistently high standard. You'll promote sales and upsell where possible, ensuring that all sales are accounted for. You'll follow all liquor procedures as instructed and maintain a high level of cleanliness within the bar. You'll also be responsible for cleaning in front of and behind of the bar.
